Tony Bayliss

Tony brings over 40 years of expertise in trust, probate, charity, and inheritance tax planning. He serves as a Trustee and Executor in a wide range of matters, advising families and individuals on wealth protection, tax planning, and succession strategies. In addition, Tony acts as Trustee and provides advisory and compliance support for a variety of charities and charitable trusts. 

In 2007, Tony joined DSG as a Partner, later becoming Senior Partner, before acting as a Consultant in 2022, and then moving to his current role as Director of DSG’s Trust Company in 2026.
