We are extremely proud to announce that we have once again, been awarded the We Invest in People Standard Accreditation from Investors in People. Achieving this accreditation means that DSG’s principles and practices around supporting people continue to be recognised by Investors in People and are effectively used by our team to create a better working environment.
Who are Investors in People?
Investors in People is an internationally recognised accreditation for people management and employee wellbeing. They are a community interest company striving to make work better for everyone. They have already helped over 11 million people across 75 countries to increase workplace productivity and maximise the benefits offered by their organisations.
Why this accreditation matters to DSG
This accreditation provided a detailed analysis with objective and independent insights on our strengths and weaknesses and helped us to identify how we can improve our culture and performance. These insights will help us to shape our strategy at DSG and to implement initiatives that help us to lead, support and improve our workforce to continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Achieving this accreditation consistently since 2006 is only made possible due to the hard work of our team. The process involved employee surveys, focus groups and interviews to gather insights about how our team feels about the leadership, policies, communication, culture and development opportunities at DSG. The involvement of our team makes the accreditation more meaningful to us, because the process ensured that the results were authentic rather than a reflection of management’s perspective or a tick-box exercise.
Refreshing our Internal Values
Prior to achieving this accreditation again, DSG refreshed and relaunched our new IMPACT internal values which reflect what matter most to us at DSG:

We also launched a quarterly IMPACT Awards to celebrate individuals who go above and beyond in demonstrating what DSG stands for.
The launch of our realigned internal IMPACT values supported our We Invest in People accreditation application and boosted morale significantly at DSG.
